AquiliAlberg
Laura Aquili and Ergian Alberg founded AquiliAlberg Architects after formative years at Zaha Hadid, OMA, UNStudio, ONL and Fuksas. Their first design commission came from Moroso in 2007, followed by a headquarters in Milan and an exhibitions concept for the auction house Christie's. Fashion drew them next, beginning with a sculptural backdrop for the Neil Barrett show. From 2011 they worked with Philipp Plein across more than fifty stores and showrooms worldwide, two villas in Cannes, a headquarters in Lugano, a town house in New York and a house in Bel Air, Los Angeles. Since 2018 they have designed the showroom, exhibition stands and production buildings for the luxury tannery Superior. In product design their clients include LondonArt, Moroso, Illulian, Fiam, Ernestomeda, Kundalini and Serralunga, and in 2019 the publisher Hachette selected the studio for its monograph 'I Maestri dell'architettura'.
